    Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for AUD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

    Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Waterfront Melbourne Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Waterfront Apartments Melbourne operates inside Flinders Wharf apartment complex at 60 Siddeley Street Docklands. There is no reception at the lobby but there is an office located at the corner of the building. Please send the reservation team a text message, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guest must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that a mid housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. Guest can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that there is a credit card surcharge of 1.5% on all cards. Please note that Waterfront Apartments Melbourne operates in the residential Flinders Wharf building complex at 60 Siddeley Street Docklands. Our office is located at the corner of the building.
